The perimeter garden bed of this 1960s rambler was renovated through the removal of old box wood hedges and thick bark mulch. The garden bed was widened, soil improved with the incorporation of compost, and planted with a selection of tough perennials and shrubs, giving it a cottage-like garden aesthetic.
